Payment and Pricing

All prices are based on current pricing and may be subject to change. The final total for your order, including any applicable shipping fees, payment fees and VAT, will be displayed at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

Card payments through Svea (available to Swedish residents only)
Credit card payments through NETS/SVEA

Business Invoicing

Credit Assessment

When applying for payment by business invoice, a standard credit assessment will be carried out. This may include obtaining a credit report.

Payment Terms

The due date and other conditions applicable to business invoices are stated on the invoice.

Payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be charged, together with late payment interest of 2% per month, calculated from the due date until full payment has been received.

Assignment of Receivables

All business invoices will be assigned to Svea Bank AB, company registration number 556158-7634 ("Svea Bank").

All payments relating to these invoices must be made directly to Svea Bank.

GDPR and Personal Data

When paying by business invoice, the invoice will be assigned to Svea Bank AB. In connection with this assignment, we will share the business customer's personal data with Svea Bank.

Svea Bank acts as the data controller for receivables assigned to it.

General Payment Conditions

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, incorrectly labelled prices and other pricing errors.

Retention of Title

CRX Group AB retains ownership of all products until full payment has been received.

The seller reserves the right to reclaim a product if the purchase agreement is terminated.

We reserve the right to decide whether or not to accept an order.

Delivery and Shipping

In-stock items are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Shipping within the European Union is available.

Firearms and Licence-Controlled Parts

Firearms and other licence-controlled components are always shipped using insured, high-value shipping services.

The following shipping charges apply:

Licence-controlled parts: SEK 600
Complete firearms: SEK 1,000

By placing an order requiring this shipping method, you agree to the applicable shipping charge.

Delivery Times and Delays

If a product has a delivery time that differs from our standard delivery time, this will be stated on the relevant product page.

If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by email.

We will make every reasonable effort to fulfil your order. However, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally prevent us from doing so, including situations where a supplier or shipping provider is unable to fulfil its obligations to us.

We reserve the right to disclaim liability for compensation arising from delivery delays.

Backorders and Special Orders

Prices for backordered items, products on backorder and special-order items may change before delivery due to currency fluctuations or unforeseen price increases from our suppliers.

By placing an order for such products, you accept these conditions.

Repairs and Maintenance

When carrying out repairs or maintenance on firearms or firearm components, including services such as barrel shortening or threading, CRX Group AB accepts no liability for damage that may occur during the work. Such work is carried out at the customer's own risk.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products submitted for repair or maintenance are delivered to us in a suitable protective case, bag or box.

By placing a backorder or ordering a product or service, you accept these conditions.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Returns are made at the customer's expense, except where the product is defective or we have dispatched an incorrect item.

Returned products must be sent by standard letter or parcel service. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, or the relevant part of your order.

Returned products must be carefully packaged, in good condition and returned in their original packaging.

If you have handled a product beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics or functionality, and this has resulted in a reduction in the product's value, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to that reduction from your refund.

Any reduction in value will be assessed individually.

Special Orders and Reservation Fees

Special orders, made-to-order products and reservation fees are not covered by the right of withdrawal under distance selling legislation and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the returned product as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after receiving the returned item.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

If you wish to have the parcel shipped again, an additional fee of SEK 120 will be charged to cover shipping, administration and repackaging costs.

Please ensure that you provide a correct email address when placing your order, as you are responsible for receiving delivery notifications.

Reservations of Firearms, Licence-Controlled Parts and Special Orders

When reserving firearms or other products, whether they are part of our regular assortment or sourced specifically for you, a reservation fee of at least 30% of the product's value will be charged.

For firearms, the minimum reservation fee is SEK 1,000.

The reservation becomes valid only once we have received the reservation fee.

Please note that reservation fees are non-refundable. By paying the reservation fee, you accept this condition.

Failure to pay the reservation fee by the required date means that you cannot claim the previously reserved product if it has subsequently been reserved or sold to another customer.

The reservation fee will be credited towards the purchase price when the firearm or product is collected and the remaining balance is paid.

Reservation Period

Once the product has arrived at our premises and we have contacted the customer, the reservation remains valid for 10 days.

After this period, the reservation expires and the reservation fee will not be refunded.

Cancellation of Special Orders

If a special order is cancelled, the customer will always be charged for the actual costs incurred by CRX Group AB.

If we have specifically ordered a product for you and you subsequently cancel the purchase, we will charge the actual costs associated with ordering and purchasing the product from our supplier, including any applicable customs duties and shipping charges.

Final Payment for Firearms

When a firearm arrives, the remaining balance will be invoiced.

Full payment must be received within 10 days of our notification.

If payment has not been received within this period, the firearm may be offered to the next customer in the reservation queue or placed into our regular store inventory.

In such cases, the reservation fee will be forfeited.

If the product is already in stock when the reservation is made, full payment is required while awaiting the necessary firearms licence.

Reservation fees will not be refunded in the event of other delays.

Price Adjustments

Reserved products, whether currently in stock or ordered from our suppliers, may be subject to price adjustments in line with changes in our suppliers' prices.

If you wish to secure the current purchase price, you may pay the full amount at the time of reservation and subsequently apply for the required firearms licence.

Additional Conditions

CRX Group AB retains ownership of all products until full payment has been received.

Please note that licence-controlled firearm components are always considered special orders made specifically for the customer.

Discounts are calculated exclusively against the regular retail price.

Warranty Claims and Firearm Troubleshooting

For warranty claims, or suspected warranty claims requiring inspection, the product or firearm must be delivered or sent to us using the most practical available method.

If our inspection determines that the issue is not covered by warranty, or if no fault can be identified, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred by CRX Group AB.

These costs may include:

Shipping
Actual labour time
Consumable materials, including ammunition and other materials used during testing

No exceptions will be made.

If a firearm is submitted for inspection and found to be functioning correctly, the customer will be charged for the time and resources spent on the inspection.

If a fault is confirmed to be covered by warranty, we will reimburse the shipping costs and cover the applicable costs associated with the warranty claim.

This does not apply to normal wear-and-tear components or other items not covered by warranty.

Privacy Policy

When placing an order with us, you are required to provide certain personal information.

By placing an order, you agree that we may store and process the personal information necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations towards you.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request information about the personal data we have registered about you.

If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request that it be corrected or deleted.

Terms and Conditions for Workshop Services

CRX Group AB accepts no liability for scratches, dents or other damage that may occur to products during workshop services.

We do not provide compensation for damage that may arise either directly in connection with the work or during subsequent use.

We accept no liability for injuries arising from out-of-battery discharges (OBD) or similar incidents following trigger installations or related modifications.

All firearm modifications are carried out at the customer's own risk.

CRX Group AB accepts no liability for installed components, whether original manufacturer parts or aftermarket products.

Workshop Labour Rate

SEK 1,000 per hour or part thereof.

Errors and Omissions

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, incorrect delivery times and other inaccuracies resulting from human error.

Newsletter Subscriptions and Email Marketing

CRX Group AB (company registration number 559157-8025), operating under the Corax Store brand, is the data controller responsible for processing personal data in connection with our newsletters.

When you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter through corax-store.eu or through a registration form on Facebook or Instagram (Meta Lead Ads), we collect your email address.

Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your personal data to send newsletters, product updates, promotional offers and information about our campaigns, including Black Week.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Mailchimp and Meta

We use Mailchimp, a service provided by Intuit, to manage our subscriber lists and distribute email newsletters.

If you subscribe through Facebook or Instagram, the information you provide in the registration form is transferred to our Mailchimp subscriber list through our Meta Lead Ads integration.

We process your email address and the information necessary to manage and document your subscription, such as the date of registration, subscription source and consent records.

Where email analytics features are enabled, we may also process information about email opens and link clicks to measure the performance of our newsletters.

Mailchimp may process personal data outside the European Union and European Economic Area (EU/EEA), including in the United States. Such transfers must be subject to appropriate legal safeguards under the GDPR.

Data Retention and Unsubscribing

We retain your personal data for newsletter purposes for as long as you remain subscribed or until you withdraw your consent.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us directly.

Once you unsubscribe, we will stop sending marketing emails to you. Limited information may be retained where necessary to document consent, respect unsubscribe requests or comply with legal obligations.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request erasure and, where applicable, request restriction of processing or data portability.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or another competent supervisory authority.
