Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong item or color?

• Send an email to order@corax-store.se with your order number and let us know which item(s) you’d like to return. Your return request must be made within 14 days.
• Once we’ve received your email, we’ll send you the instructions.
• Since return instructions can differ from country to country, we don’t list them here.
  Instead, we’ll email you the right instructions for your specific location.

Be aware:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• The product must be unused, clean, and undamaged.
• All original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals must be included.
• Please pack the item carefully to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.

Refunds:

• Once we have received, inspected, and approved your return, we will issue your refund within 10 business days.
• A full refund will only be made if the item is returned complete and in its original condition.
• If parts are missing, or if the item shows signs of use or damage, we may deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in value.

Shipping fees:

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
