Choose size to the right;
A simple fix for those who want to run a threaded barrel, a Glock 17 in a 19 holster, or add a compensator etc. The MultiMuzzle Plug replaces the factory molded Delrin plug with a hard anodized aluminum body, with a machined Delrin plug to protect your muzzle while allowing adjustability.
You can get the specific MultiMuzzle Plug you need to modify your holster to your needs, and if desired add an additional plug to make it backwards compatible in the event you switch barrels etc. Also great for folks with SIM guns that can't have the factory 'post' in place to utilize their SIM gun in their duty holster. Replaces what is shown behind it in the image. Watch the video below to get an idea of what you need, and if you are unsure, shoot us an email with a picture of your factory plug, and what you are trying to accomplish. Please don't email 'what plug do I need' without pictures of what PLUG you have, as these holsters vary by year quite a bit. You can always buy high and put it in a vice and cut it down to fit if you need to.
Installs with the factory hardware and a supplied screw through the existing holes. No modifying the holster itself. Works for right and left handed holsters- We can't go lower than the .050 plug, so if you have the factory low plug and are trying to gain room, check out this: 6000 Series Spacer

Replaces the LOWEST factory plug to allow you to run a SIM barrel, or go up in barrel length. If you have the shorter factory plug, this will only gain SIM compatibility. If you have the low-medium factory plug measuring 1.00" from base to flat top, this will gain you 1/2", and allow you to go from Glock 19 to Glock 17 or Threaded G19. Machined from Delrin.

Installation:
Simply remove the factory Safariland® plug with a 1/8 Allen Key, and a pair of pliers to pop it out. Retain the factory hardware! Insert this part with the threads toward the 2nd hole,(works for right and left handed rigs) put the factory bolt/nut in through the hole it came out of, and use the supplied screw (threadlocker installed) to fill in the 2nd hole.
See lever shape below- it looks similar to the lever shape used on some non-RDS holsters, but measures wider at .35" at the widest point.
Made from a highly weather and temperature resistant nylon infused with carbon fiber, with high quality temperature stable adhesive from -65 to 250F, as well as being water stable. Bottom line, this thing is not coming off without some pliers and a lot of effort.
We recommend sliding a piece of paper under the factory lever to keep any glue from getting on your holster (other than on the lever) during installation.
We have a few customers who are running a threaded barrel or compensator in a holster that was using the shortest factory plug already, and therefore cannot use the holster without removing it all together.
This spacer simply retains some structural integrity by letting you tighten the factory screw up nice and snug against it. Your muzzle will of course NOT be protected. Only use this if you cannot use one of our other replacement plugs!
