The Danger Close Reticle is a modified circle-and-dot reticle. It retains a 68 MOA width, with the top of the ring opened and the lower section replaced by a chevron. On a .223/5.56 rifle zeroed at 50 yards, the reticle provides the primary 50/200-yard aiming point and a separate close-range aiming point for approximately 7 yards.
The EXPS3 housing is designed for both-eyes-open shooting. Its quick-detach mount fits 1-inch Weaver and MIL-STD-1913 rails. The sight provides 20 daylight settings and 10 additional settings for night-vision devices.
