Aimpoint Duty RDS™ MR offers three selectable reticle modes: a 2 MOA dot, a 65 MOA circle, or the dot and circle combined. A motion sensor activates the sight when movement is detected. When the dot reticle is used at daylight setting 7, battery life is up to 30,000 hours from one CR2032 battery.

The sight provides four night-vision settings and eight daylight settings. The supplied 39 mm TNP mount is designed for a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail.
