The Argus LWNVM (Light Weight Night Vision Mount) is an aluminium helmet mount with a dovetail interface for night vision devices and an attachment for the helmet shroud. Its design is based on the Wilcox G24, with additional cuts to reduce weight.
The mount adjusts fore and aft, vertically and in tilt. It has a low profile when stowed and allows one-handed operation and adjustment. The breakaway feature allows the mount to detach from the helmet shroud under load.
