The Spiritus Systems Fat Strap Mk4 is a low-profile H-harness for modular chest rig systems. It distributes the load across the shoulders and provides mounting points for communications equipment and other accessories.

- Updated nylon-laminate overlay with horizontal mounting points for PTTs and other equipment
